Need a hand with the Ballwise app or website? Email us at [email protected]. A real person reads every message.
Account
- Creating an account. An account is optional and free. Sign up in the app with your email and a password (at least 10 characters, with letters and numbers). We email you a link; tap it on the same device to finish. The app then tells you your account is ready.
- No email? Check spam or promotions for a message from Ballwise. Links expire, so if it's old or never came, email us and we'll sort it out.
- Forgot your password? On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?" and follow the email.
- Deleting your account. In the app, open Account and tap "Delete account". It removes your account right away. More detail is on the Data deletion page.
Using the app
- When do lines update? Every day at 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM ET, plus Sunday 12:30 PM ET and Monday and Thursday 7:45 PM ET. The app shows the next update time.
- What is "market fair chance"? It's the chance the market's prices imply once the bookmaker's margin is taken out. It's a description of the market, not a prediction and not advice.
- Check my slip. Your slip is saved on your device only. Nothing about it is sent to us.
- Plans. The iPhone app needs a plan: Ballwise Pro at $20.00 a month (new subscribers may get a 14-day free trial, if Apple says the Apple ID is eligible) or the 2027 NFL Season Pass at $119.99 once. Plans are bought and cancelled through your Apple ID: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Changed phones? Use Restore purchases on the plans screen or in Account. The website is free.
